Unilever Chief Financial Officer Jean-Marc Huet to Step Down

LONDON--Unilever PLC (ULVR.LN) said Tuesday that its Chief
Financial Officer Jean-Marc Huet will step down from the role and
will also quit his role on the boards of Unilever PLC and Unilever
N.V. (UNA.AE) on Oct. 1.
The dual-listed consumer products company said Mr. Huet will be
succeeded as chief financial officer by Graeme Pitkethly, vice
president of the company's U.K. and Irish businesses.
