This part is kind of interesting…more info on ModuLink’s CEO, William Fu:
From 12/2021 to 4/2024: CEO and CFO for OneSolution Technology Inc (previously King Resources Inc.), an investment holding company with business operations in Hong Kong trading under ticker symbol KRFG on the OTC.
OneSolution acquired Powertech Corporation Limited from Silver Bloom Properties Limited and William Fu (CEO and part owner of Powertech) for $6 million in 12/2021 in a share exchange agreement (dollar amount based on price of shares sold). With the merger William Fu became CEO of OneSolution and 14% of commons shareholder. Powertech developed, sold and distributed its power supply adapter product and had 5 full time employees. The acquisition of Powertech meant OneSolution was no longer considered a shell company and then uplisted to SEC reporting.
In April 2024 William Fu resigned as CEO, CFO, Secretary and Director of OneSolution for personal reasons.
In September 2024 (after William resigned) OneSolution sold Powertech (William’s previous company) for $2.5 million to an undisclosed third party and reported it as income. OneSolution had not paid anything when it acquired Powertech (from Silver Bloom Properties Limited and William Fu) since it was solely a share exchange agreement. William still holds about 13% of common shares (over 700 million) in OneSolution (ticker symbol KRFG) but never received any type of compensation while CEO, according to their financial statements on OTCM. Of note, OneSolution voted in January 2025 for a reverse split to “attract additional financing and potential business opportunities” (William was not among the voting power or board of directors).
