During late New York afternoon deals on Monday, the US dollar edged up further against major rivals. The greenback is presently trading near 1.2473 against the euro, 1.5480 versus the pound, 0.9632 against the franc, 1.0323 versus the loonie, 0.9866 against the Aussie and 0.7691 versus the NZ dollar.
