On 29th April 2016 Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc's capital
consisted of 73,433,711 ordinary shares with voting rights.
Spirax-Sarco Engineering plc holds no shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in Spirax-Sarco Engineering

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
