Tier 1 Operator in North America
has extended a contract, with the extension worth more than
US$5 million to Redknee, in support
of the operator's Mobile Virtual Network Enabler (MVNE) strategy.
With Redknee's MVNE solution the Tier 1 operator is able to
implement its customer engagement strategy, focusing on encouraging
online or community based support and reducing the use of more
costly traditional customer care solutions. Redknee's billing and

implement this capability, while providing the scalability for
future growth. This significant contract highlights Redknee's
ability to strengthen relationships with existing customers and to
become a long-term partner that assists Tier-1 operators with all

can accelerate its MVNE and multi-brand growth strategy, including
the launch of new consumer and partner brands and additional MVNOs
