Princess Cruises has promoted Marsha
Patrick to the role of sales director for the western
region, succeeding Stephanie Brennan
who recently retired after 39 years of service. In her new role,
Patrick will lead a team of 15 business development managers
promoting the Princess Cruises and Cunard Line brands to travel
consultants in the western United
States and Canada.
Patrick has been with Princess Cruises for 19 years, most
recently serving as director of customer relations and has deep
experience with the company within various departments, including
Air, Groups, Consumer Sales and Customer Relations.

From 2013 to 2016, Patrick served as director of customer
relations overseeing the daily operations for the service recovery
of the Princess Cruises guest and travel partners experience both
pre- and post-cruise. Since joining Princess Cruises in 1997, she
has also served as director of reservations and consumer sales and
manager of groups and special accounts.
Patrick is based in Santa Clarita,
Calif., and enjoys spending time with her husband and four
children.
