   The Board of Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc announces that as at 31 October 
2014 the unaudited net asset value of the Ordinary Shares was 102.5 
pence per share, which compares to 91.4 pence per share as at 31 July 
2014. 
 
   Prior to the merger, Octopus Titan VCT 3 plc will pay an interim 
dividend of 2.5 pence per share on 21 November 2014 to shareholders on 
the register of the Company on 7 November 2014. After accounting for the 
interim dividend, the NAV is 100.0p per share as at 14 November 2014.
