Disposal of Investment Property Portfolio and Result of General Meeting

On 23 February 2017, The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announced that it had entered into a conditional sale agreement for the disposal of its Investment Property Portfolio to Regional Commercial Midco Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of Regional REIT Limited)(the "Disposal").

Conygar is pleased to announce that the ordinary resolution proposed at the General Meeting convened earlier today to approve the Disposal was duly passed by Shareholders. 44,889,273 proxy votes were cast in favour of the resolution and there were 4,460 proxy votes against.
