The stock price depression AXXA finds itself in is entirely of its own making.
Looking at the debt pages of it's filings is enough to dissuade anyone
from putting their money into this pit. The management is both oblivious and indifferent to AXXA's dire financial state.

I assume Eduard exists as much as Boris exists so therefore also assume that any failures of AXXA lay squarely on Eduard as well.

As always, we'll see where AXXA goes in 2025 based on all the purported "good things" (such as debt reduction) Eduard claims they have done in the last few Q reports.

Should be over $1.1 million coming of the convertible debt from Mammoth SEC ruling but Boris continues to lie about how much is there in the first place so who the F knows

Since you are so convinced EXXE still has 28 subsidiaries, why don't you provide the 28 names of those subsidiaries and some proof they actually exist. EXXE claims to be divesting a lot in 2024, and is more focused on licenses, agreements and consulting.

This is bottom line- no shares bought back, authorized share number increased, evidently no new deal finalized that they recently mentioned, no sale of one business that they mentioned they received interest in, and no audit completed in one individual business. Me thinks they throw out “soft info” when they need to dilute with new shares saying it “might” happen, but knowing it won’t happen. It would be better if they just didn’t tweet those kind of updates. JMHO
