TORONTO, May 27, 2015 /CNW/ - Canaccord Genuity Group Inc.
(the "Company") (TSX: CF, LSE: CF.) wishes to announce that it
received notification pursuant to the Financial Conduct Authority's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules that RBC Global Asset Management
Inc. disposed of 364,075 common shares in the Company on
May 25, 2015. As a result of this
disposal, RBC Global Asset Management Inc. now holds 4.86% of the
voting rights in the Company.
