Trading of Ordinary 1p Shares

Further to the announcement of 13 January 2015 and confirmation that the Capital Reorganisation has become unconditionally effective, the trading of the ordinary 1p shares and admission to the official list of the main market is expected to become effective at 8:00am on Tuesday 20 January 2015.

Capitalised terms have the same meanings as set out in the Circular dated 24 December 2014.
