Publication of Circular

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 12 March 2015 with respect to the proposed disposal of TRaC Global Limited to Element Materials Technology Group Holdings Limited (the "Disposal"), the Board of Bioquell is pleased to announce that a shareholder circular relating to the Disposal (the "Circular") has been approved by the UK Listing Authority. The Circular contains further details on the Disposal and a notice convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA at 3.00p.m. on 5 May 2015 to seek shareholder approval for the Disposal. The Circular together with the form of proxy for the General Meeting has been published and is being posted to Shareholders today.

A copy of the Circular and the accompanying form of proxy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. In addition, the Circular will be available to view on the Company's website (www.bioquellplc.com) and available for inspection during normal business hours on any weekday at the offices of the Company at 52 Royce Close, West Portway, Andover, Hampshire SP10 3TS and at the offices of Ashurst LLP, Broadwalk House, 5 Appold Street, London EC2A 2HA.
