A final dividend of 2.82p net per ordinary share has been proposed payable on 28 August 2015 to shareholders on the register on 24 July 2015. The ex-dividend date is 23 July 2015.  This represents a 22.6% increase from the dividend paid in the prior year.

The Annual General Meeting to approve this dividend will be held on 25 August 2015.
