Publication, Despatch and Availability of 2016 Annual Report
Asian Growth Properties Limited (the "Company") (AIM Stock Code:
AGP), the Hong Kong based China property development and investment
company, announces that the Company's Annual Report for the year
ended 31 December 2016 has been published and uploaded on the
Company's website at "www.asiangrowth.com".
Printed copies of the Annual Report together with the notice of
2017 annual general meeting (the "AGM") and form of proxy or form
of instruction (as the case may be) have been despatched by post to
shareholders and holders of depositary interests today. In
addition, they can be obtained free of charge upon reasonable
request at the Company's principal place of business at 25th Floor,
Dah Sing Financial Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong
during normal business hours on any day (except Saturdays, Sundays,
public holidays and days on which black rainstorm warning is issued
or tropical cyclone warning signal No. 8 or above is hoisted) for
one month after 21 April 2017.
The AGM will be held at the Board Room, 26th Floor, Dah Sing
Financial Centre, 108 Gloucester Road, Wanchai, Hong Kong on
Friday, 19 May 2017 at 11:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time).
