Transaction in Own Shares

Arden Partners plc (AIM: ARDN.L) announces that on February 2(nd) , 2017 it transferred 31,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") out of Treasury to satisfy the exercise of staff options.

Total Voting Rights

As a result of the above transaction, Arden's issued Ordinary Share capital comprises 20,628,935 Ordinary Shares, of which 1,169,242 are held in Treasury, leaving a balance of 19,459,693 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

The above figure (19,459,693 Ordinary Shares) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of Arden under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
