ADVANCE FRONTIER MARKETS FUND LIMITED

Revolving loan facility

Advance Frontier Markets Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that it has extended its borrowing facility with Investec Bank plc for a further one year period. Under the terms of the facility the Company may draw down loans of, in aggregate, up to US$6 million. The other terms, including the rate of interest payable, are materially the same as per the existing facility. The rate of interest on each loan is calculated at LIBOR plus a margin of 3.25 per cent per annum.
