NZ Dollar Extends Weakness Against Majors

(RTTNews) - The New Zealand dollar continued to trade in negative territory in Europe on Friday.

The kiwi hit near a 5-year low of 0.7106 against the greenback and more than a 2-week low of 87.97 against the yen, down from Thursday's closing values of 0.7175 and 88.93, respectively.

The kiwi that ended yesterday's trading at 1.0646 against the aussie and 1.5245 against the euro fell to an 8-day low of 1.0767 and near a 6-month low of 1.5414, respectively.

The kiwi may possibly find support around 0.70 against the greenback, 87.00 against the yen, 1.56 against the euro and 1.08 against the aussie.
