Dollar Rises Vs Most Majors Following U.S. Building Permits, Housing Starts

(RTTNews) - The U.S. building permits and housing starts data for September have been released at 8:30 am ET Friday. After these reports, the greenback showed mixed trading against its major counterparts. While the greenback changed little against the pound, it rose against the rest of major currencies.
The greenback was trading at 0.9423 against the franc, 1.6108 against the pound, 1.2811 against the euro and 106.55 against the yen around 8:35 am ET.
