Dollar Mixed Ahead Of U.S. Weekly Jobless Claims Data

(RTTNews) - The U.S. weekly jobless claims data for the week ended July 19 are due at 8:30 am ET Thursday. The greenback was trading mixed against the other major currencies ahead of the data. While the greenback rose against the yen, it held steady against the rest of major currencies.
The greenback was valued at 1.7007 against the pound, 0.9019 against the franc, 1.3472 against the euro and 101.68 against the yen as of 8:25 am ET.
