In conformity with the DTR 5.6.1 we would like to notify the market of the

As at 30 April 2011 the Company's issued share capital comprises 16,759,080 
Ordinary shares of 25p each, with each Ordinary share carrying the right to one 
vote. 
 
The figure of 16,759,080 Ordinary shares should be used by shareholders and 
 
others with notification obligations as their denominator for the calculations 
 
by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, 
 
or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and 
 
Transparency Rules.
