Notification of Major Interest in Shares

The Company has been informed on 17 December 2010 of the following transactions in shares of the Company:

-- 15 December 2010: sale by Betelgauze Group Limited of 100,000 Shares of the Company at a price of EUR1.62 per Share to Silver Rock Holdings Limited;

-- 16 December 2010: sale by Rafael Property Investors Limited of 700 000 Shares of the Company at a price of EUR1.53 per Share to Silver Rock Holdings Limited;

-- 17 December 2010: sale by Prometheus Macro Capital Limited of 700,000 Shares of the Company at a price of EUR1.49 per Share to Biscayne Emerging Capital Limited.

The above stated transactions were effected by way of Instruments of Transfer between the involved companies as above, on 15, 16 and 17 December 2010 accordingly.

Following the above stated transactions, the beneficial interest in shares of the Company of the involved companies are now as follows:

- Betelgauze Group Limited: 35,683 common shares with no par value representing 0.55% of the Company's issued share capital;

- Silver Rock Holdings Limited: 800,000 common shares with no par value representing 12.35% of the Company's issued share capital;

- Rafael Property Investors Limited: 257,106 common shares with no par value representing 3.97% of the Company's issued share capital;

- Prometheus Macro Capital Limited: 64,248 common shares with no par value representing 0.99% of the Company's issued share capital;

- Biscayne Emerging Capital Limited: 700,000common shares with no par value representing 10.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
