CIBT Announces Director Election Results

CIBT Education Group Inc. (TSX:MBA, OTCQX
International:MBAIF) (“CIBT Group”) reports the voting
results of the election of directors at its annual general meeting
held today, as required by Toronto Stock Exchange. All of the
director nominees, as listed in the management information circular
dated January 6, 2015, were elected. Proxy voting as to each of the
director nominees was as follows:

The results of the other matters voted upon by shareholders are
