I called again late in the day and the phone was back online and all of the voicemails had been cleared out...I left a message and asked for a call back for a couple minute chat...he knows me from previous calls and has returned my call before...last time I talked to him was back in August and he knows I own 6.5 millions shares and that I write books etc...will let y'all know if he phones back

Good news is that it's a good, clean shell with a good share structure, so it would be attractive for the next company. Opportunity awaits and patience required.

Reverse Split? They need a Reverse Merger first to bring Vyome into LICH. I don't think we need to be concerned with any splits at this point. As of now LICH is just a clean shell waiting with open arms for Vyome.
