"When you reach 100, you get to come in."
"OK said the man..I've been married 50 years and never cheated on my wife."
St Peter said, "Great..That's 2 points."
"TWO POINTS???"
"Well, I attended church ALL my life and supported its ministry with my tithe and service."

"ONE POINT???"
"I started a soup kitchen...worked in a homeless shelter...and helped veterans."
"St Peter said, "Great, that's another 2 points."

BOLV - BOLIVAR MINING CORP - Reinstatement
Document Number: 20110222920-81 # of Pages: 1
File Date: 3/25/2011

http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/corpActions.aspx?lx8nvq=dTbzyiWvngRMcBrOTx2gFA%253d%253d&CorpName=BOLIVAR+MINING+CORP.

Grey sheeter, with some shady history. Share count at 110MM. They filed a 15f-12g last year. Could be very interesting to watch and see if they try to bring it out of the greys.

Here's the iHub thread with 6 big marks. lol

Oh, and I believe this ta will give out the shares if anyone feels like calling.

Buying coming in at .01. This may be the start of short covering. Do you think there is a merger ready to happen? Bolivar Mining should still have the south China gold properties.
👍️0
texas tom texas tom 15 years ago
Thanks for making the effort to contact BOLV management. BOLV may be looking at a merger to get off the grey sheets. Note the recent 8-K filings. Also, the move in share price from .0001 to .01 over a period of several days. It does not look like the SEC investigation resulted in anything. Other than their discovery that the stock was heavily naked shorted which caused the big drop in share price. I am standing pat. You should consider moderating this board.

Bolivar Mining is trading again at .01. I have been unsuccessful in contacting management. There has been several spikes in price. This may be due to merger talks, the SEC completing its investigation or possible short covering. I would like to know what assets BOLV still has.

texas tom texas tom 15 years ago
BOLV filed an 8-K on 11/25/08. The filing disclosed that Bolivar Mining filed for a name change to Blue Earth Inc. The name of the company was changed back to Bolivar Mining. Does anyone know why? It appears that Blue Earth Inc. is a going concern. There has been some sporatic trading activity. Anyone have any recent contact with the BOLV mgt.

One or more posters on the BOLV message board site at Yahoo finance have taken the initiative to contact the company by phone to ask about plans that are in the works. I am hopeful that there are others out there that will do the same thing. Thanks for the info you posted.

I'm referencing that one as well, the Moonlight info he is referring to in that post is from 2006. I guess the poster must have misread something...

I am referencing a poster on the Yahoo BOLV message board who discussed the reactivating of Moonlight Graham, Inc. with Arshad Shah. Apparently, that post is not now accessible. We all hope for better things for BOLV.

Thelonious6 Thelonious6 16 years ago
Not Happening. That post was referencing an old press release from 2006. All three Moonlight Graham stores are now closed, and there are multiple legal actions against Jon Darmstadter (who peeled Moonlight Graham away from Bolivar when he sold the shell).

Exchange Mobile Telecommunications = EXMT has made great strides forward since my last post. The scull and crossbones has been removed by Pinksheets.com. EXMT has obtained the necessary financing to move forward with their China operations. EXMT issued a PR yesterday where they have made available for public viewing financial statements for the last two years. The company has a small public float. I am encouraged by the bashing which has started again on the EXMT message boards. It looks like the SEC inquiry into spam mail is behind them.

Lets hope that Bolivar mining gets the financing they need to move forward. I do think we will start seeing some trading over .01/share soon. The management team appears capable in getting the job done for both companies.

texas tom texas tom 16 years ago
Did you notice what has happened to the sister company Exchange Mobile Telecommunications - EXMT? The share price has moved from .02 to .05 over a period of several days on heavy volume. Investors are expecting a big contract from China. There are people who are communicating with BOLV management who are posting on other BOLV message board sites. One states BOLV has made a major discovery of rare earth elements in the stone mountain region of Georgia. Another, that BOLV has new rare earth element (REE) projects they will be announcing in a forthcoming PR. BOLV is working on a financial package. The share price will explode once the package is accepted and announced. A merger between BOLV and EXMT is not out of the question.

I stated in previous posts to watch EXMT. This will tell us the status of BOLV. It looks like things are going back to normal. I believe the minimum value for BOLV is now .05, not .01. I believe we will start seeing some trading in the .05 area. The share price of BOLV and EXMT should be about the same. The public float is about the same for both companies.

Good volume. Good close. I have sent an E-mail to the management team of BOLV (using the EXMT website to do it). I ask for clarification on the outstanding shares and speculative float. I'm sure the o/s is more than 207,000 shares. My guess is 10 to 30 million shares O/S and 5 to 15 million shares speculative float. In any event, those numbers are tiny. This will give us a good picture on the size of the short position. Also, I asked how they are coming along with the financial package they are working on. I will post a response.

Thanks for hanging in there. One would be tempted to sell out not knowing all the facts. Exchange Mobile Telecommunications EXMT issued their first news release on 3-27-08 after being under investigation for spamn mail by the SEC starting in August 2007. As I mentioned earlier, EXMT and BOLV have the same management team. The news release is clear evidence that neither EXMT nor BOLV were involved in any wrong doing. EXMT would not issue a PR unless the SEC communicated to them that they are free now to do business as usual.

The next step is for Bolivar mining to restore confidence in the shareholders that are supportive. BOLV has communicated to one shareholder on another message board site that a PR is forthcoming.

Both BOLV and EXMT are well positioned to do business in China. Expect BOLV to inform the shareholders of new and exciting projects that are in the works in China. There is no reason why the share price cannot go back up to $2 per share.

Veritas- nice to see you over here. Been following WU for a while now and noticed you over there too. I jumped into this stock for a quick flip, right before the halt. Bad move on my part - but that has been my luck (until I caught some lleg at WU). Anyway, what is your take on this? I don't have too much invested approx $500. Should I dump it and move on or hang for a while? Just not sure what to make of this BOLV. Thanks

Watch the share price and trading volume of EXMT (Exchange Mobile Telecommunications). EXMT went up from .01 to .025 on double the average volume. BOLV and EXMT are controlled by the same management team. This is the only indicator we have as to the direction of the SEC investigation and what is in store for BOLV. EXMT does have a website. They have answered at least one E-mail from a shareholder so its worth a try. Both companies have about the same public float.

👍️0
Thelonious6 Thelonious6 16 years ago
Would love to figure this out, it has been very confusing to one & all. Will let you know what we find out.
👍️0
texas tom texas tom 16 years ago
Can you find out what the outstanding shares are for BOLV? Also, the public float. It should be about 207,000 plus what shares were diluted prior to the suspension. It appears that approximately 1.6 million shares were naked shorted and covered after BOLV resumed trading. I believe BOLV has 30 million o/s now and about 15million float. Would that seem correct? If we backtrack and determine the shares traded since the R/S, less counterfeit shares and small trading volume that could be compared against public float to determine short position in BOLV. The short position should be somewhere around 5 to 10 million shares.

I read on a message board site (not IHub) for Exchange Mobile Telecommunications EXMT that someone has communicated with management about when things will start happening with that company. The response was that they are nearly complete with the SEC investigation into spam mail. That's the same management team that runs Bolivar mining. EXMT has market makers and trades. I used the EXMT website to Email management re: status on Bolivar mining. To date, no response back. I asked that they might look into a merger with BOLV. Perhaps, this might be under consideration. BOLV has at least one person in management that has a thorough knowledge of how an oil & gas company operates. I asked that they might form a subsidiary in oil & gas.

I am doing some independent investigation on the internet into the China properties.

Thelonious6 Thelonious6 16 years ago
I agree with you friedduck. Eric J is one of the key components of DPGP tanking what was looking like a valid & legitimate apparel company, that is why I asked what made Texas Tom think this deal was any different? Any idea what Eric J's background is? He was "President" of DPGP yet seemingly had literally zero involvement in the day to day - really more of a puppet for Peter & Jon Darmstatder?
👍️0
friedduck friedduck 16 years ago
Don't be silly guys.

This stock was dead the moment Peter K and Eric J got involved and that is a long time ago. If there are any real investors around on this board (besides the paid with stock pumpers):

IMO there is only one way to go and that is out!

Even if the Bolivar people are for real, the stock doesn't stand a chance for this company has been well prepared to make only a few people money IMO. And that is not the people buying shares in the market. Anyone have the shareholder list? Check the names and compare with LGMB, LVCP/GRSR and all other PK ventures.
Who can name a PK company that has been succesful stock?
Anyone?
Right, nobody; now that this is cleared up, why pay attention to the guys spreading so called good news here?

IMO there will be shares dumped after shares being dumped after shares being dumped and so forth.
They have plenty and are in for a quick buck. Their return on investment is practically 100%, no matter what the share price is going down to. Just take a look at all other PK stocks.

I have found two companies that are exclusively involved with REE (rare earth elements). Both companies are valued at a substantial premium to other mining companies. I am interested in finding other REE companies. This will help us to determine a market value for BOLV. The market value of BOLV should probably be higher than $2 per share if none of the REE projects were lost. BOLV should still have the China gold projects.

I have no interest whatsoever in debating whether BOLV is a scam or not. What I'm here for is to dig information out that can help us assess BOLV as an investment.
👍️0
Thelonious6 Thelonious6 16 years ago
$2 is where the stock should be based on the 200 to 1 reverse split back in December, that would get the old DPGP shareholders back to square one (BOLV was trading at one cent the day before the reverse split). Hope you are right! I will pass along info as I get it, as I communicate quite a bit with the major shareholders of the previous company and a few of them are trying to dig into just what is going on with BOLV.
👍️0
texas tom texas tom 16 years ago
I do not like how Bolivar mining was marketed. However, I do not believe BOLV authorized spam mail to pump the stock. Quite a few years ago, I was involved with one of the background people of BOLV on several large oil & gas projects in the U.S. I cannot disclose his name without his permission.

The market value of Avalon Ventures and Great West mining appear to be a good guide to value Bolivar mining. The market caps are $25,000,000 and $100,000,000. This suggests a value of about $2 per share for Bolivar mining. I would think by now there is a new technical team for BOLV.

👍️0
Thelonious6 Thelonious6 16 years ago
Texas Tom -

Given that the entire technical team resigned on January 29th, what possible evidence exists that these guys are legit? The entire history of the folks behind BOLV, and DPGP before it, points towards scam after scam. I have an acre of this stock that carried over from DPGP so I'd like nothing better than for you to be right by the way.
👍️0
texas tom texas tom 16 years ago
I am a large shareholder in Bolivar Mining. I believe Bolivar will come clean once the SEC is done with their investigation. This is based on the following; the sister company Exchange Mobile Telecommunications EXMT issued a PR in August 2007 where they denied authorizing any spam mail about the company. EXMT was also the subject of an SEC investigation. Likewise, I do not believe BOLV had anything to do with spam mail that was sent out about the company. I have had business dealings with one of the background people involved with Bolivar. It had to do with oil & gas projects in the U.S. and is not related to anything Bolivar is now doing. I found this person to be above board in every respect.

The market value of Bolivar is way out of wack with what it should be trading at. This is based on the market cap of its competitors Avalon Ventures and Great West Minerals. A share price of $2 or better for BOLV is not unreasonable.

It is clear to me that short selling was responsible for the drop in BOLV share prices. The naked shorts were covered at fire sale prices.

I have yet to see any evidence that Bolivar mining is a scam.

I have posted some rough estimates of information available on three (3) REE (rare earth element) companies that trade in North America.

Symbol Company # of Projects Annual Revenue Market Cap
AVL.TSX-V Avalon Ventures 5 $22,000 $98,000,000
GWG.V Great West Minerals 12 $1,000,000 $25,000,000
BOLV Bolivar Mining 8 $6,000,000 $ 24,000

👍️0
texas tom texas tom 16 years ago
Bolivar Mining is now off the NAKED SHORT THRESHHOLD list. The 3.23 million share day we saw on 2/20 was probably a lot of naked short coverings. That is good because it removes a lot of counterfeit shares out of the market.

The market has placed a huge premium on companies that explore for REE (rare earth elements). The two small canadian companies that I found, Great West Minerals CA:GWG and Avalon Ventures AVL.V, have market caps 100 times and 500 times that of Bolivar Mining. Let's hope BOLV is still intact.

👍️0
texas tom texas tom 16 years ago
I have found two small companies that are into REE (rare earth elements) exploration. They are Avalon Ventures AVL.V and Great West Minerals CA:GWG. The market caps are $90 million and $25.8 million respectively. The market cap of Bolivar Mining is $270,000 or $1,800. That depends on a company float of 30,000,000 shares or 207,000. Whichever is the accurate one. The two companies are similar in size and stage of development to Bolivar Mining.

The group that controls BOLV does have a shell company on the shelf that could merge with or take over BOLV. That would force a short covering.
