I lean to new CEO but same company. Until shown otherwise, I think they'll still emerge.
1. I think Wang Fei has been demoted to Wendy's position and rightfully so. He's still giving speeches. And here is a recent speech he gives:

The YBCN implies to me that somebody is getting the message that the ticker symbol here is still a go. But that's just an interpretation and hearsay from the group. And we know how this group is. Hopefully this CEO actually understands how to grow the group and how to make shareholders happy. And most importantly, understands the concept of sending somebody here that knows how to kiss our ass and doesn't think fighting with us is good business sense.

The Company’s former CEO, Fei Wang, paid certain expenses on behalf of the Company. As of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023, the Company had a payable amount owed to him of $100,087 and $99,337, respectively.

They are still working hard but not smart. A new CEO can hopefully direct this energy towards the stock. It doesn't take a genious to understand that what motives a flock is a stock that goes up. By manipulation, fundamentals, or whatever is necessary. Smart lawyers wouldn't hurt either. Lawyers that can't execute need to be shown the door too.

Good riddance to Wang Fei! Glad to see him gone. I've called for him to step down many times. Good riddance to all those former BOD members too. The poetic justic here is that they all have time, energy, and their money invested here and have nothing to show for it. Perhaps somebody can come in that can actually execute. Or they sell the shell to somebody that's ready to do something. Preferrably with a hot narrative like clean energy or EVs or AI.
I suspect the reverse split will still be on course, but I'm good no matter what they decide there. Those wine clubs and boutiques are both one and the same I think. The list has grown. It has grown, so they do have a story to tell if they ever learn how to tell stories properly. Which requires new leadership. It may also be a signal that somebody new that doesn't persecute shareholders will come to the helm. Especially if they sell the shell. Maybe send somebody over here that understands how to treat shareholders. But Masada will never trust again. It's locked down tight. All trails erased. Noble Roman is now in charge of running it in close proximity. I've been demoted and he took control of all his shares again. His IVFH has now crossed the $1 threshold, and he tied my hands. I wanted to sell it, but he said no. He's building a fortress and vengence is in the air. There are higher laws to all bad laws. And priests are to be trusted least . And Rats! Like, ahem...
Noble Roman has grown the YBCN position to 1.3 million shares. But only 1,500 shares or so executed on a 1M pending order at .005 he tells me. Soon, AI is expected to merge us into one super being. A Lucky Noble Roman.
Wang Fei's departure should be celebrated with the Lunar New Year. Noble Roman is looking forward to either a smart criminal or a smart business man to step forward. Either one will suffice. Tell this story properly, or sell it to somebody that has a story they want to tell. With proper background music, graphics, drama, and stock promoters that don't get paid unless they show results.

Yet, they delivered so they are the big surprise. I don't care how you make money. If you make money, you make me happy. So if AVNI is a criminal enterprise, I don't care. Go look at them. Anything interesting? Nothing interesting that I can see. Is YBCN is interesting? They could be. They have a great story. Can you say machochists?? And this is all 100% profit on free shares. IVFH on that list? Up well over 100%. And I have 71,000 shares there now vs. the 61,000 shares on that time-stamped post. When IVFH was .35 cents. It's now 75 cents I still intend to sell that over $1.00. Their activist Denver Smith, expanded on in the post I'm referring to, pushed the CEO aside and they are creating shareholder wealth now. So, who still has his job at YBCN? The one that needs to leave the most. Wang Fei. Worlds most incompetent criminal or most incompetent business man. Take your pick! Does it matter?
NROM. Still floundering. They need to be fired too. They won their proxy war. Lots of guns still at their head, so can YBCN do something for shareholders before they do? NROM is legit and actually works, but I don't like legit people that work if they can't create shareholder value. Show me the F-ing money. So that's one that YBCN could beat if they don't want the dunce hat title.
The only other left is Fineqia. 1.4 billion shares but actually working. I have hopes for all 3 left. And I expect to bat 100%. So, I'm waiting on these three losers. FNQQF, NROM, and YBCN. Who is going to be the lower? They all have no choice in the matter. They must all produce for me or perish.

That million-share bid is me. I wouldn't read much into that. I raised it from .0005. Not getting filled but it's a GTC. I say good riddance to the board members that left. I just see it as a hostage situation is all. They can't make money unless we make money. And they are still spending money. The things they do aren't cheap. So, the are still punishing themselves the way I see it by waiting. All China stocks are having a rough time, so perhaps that good. I'd say don't throw in the towel. I didn't expect them to come full circle for another 10K which is the most costly filing, but I guess they are going to slam their heads into a brick wall again. Masochists is all I can think of every time I watch them. I guess they to burn money.
Same thing. They ever give up and sell the shell. Or they do something. Meanwhile, they are taking their members on on yaughts. And one of their members somewhere recently said they hope to go Nasdaq soon. So, they are still feeding the Nasdaq nonsense to my eyes. Probably a Nasdaq marquee unless I see proof to the contrary. But still means they have to show their members something sooner or later if they want to grow the group. Lies can only carry a group so far. And I'll be fair to say that China stocks are persecuted for now. so let them keep bleeding . I'll wait and let somebody throw in the towel for hoever long it takes. I will outlive them.

When they are ready to get serious, they can spin it into a great PR story. That's what normal, sane people would do that intend to go public. That's why I have 1M share order on the bid. That's all.
Personally, I prefer to watch my other Chinese Investment, Tim Horton's China (THCH) because they actually work. And have opened their first 10 Popeyes units within 4 months. They don't play around like YBCN. But their stock isn't doing good. I have 20,000 shares there. But they do work!

They aren't dark. They just can't seem to learn. The network was taken down from this board due to bad behavior, but it's just the same ones talking and new recruits never amount to anything as far as videos go. Bad behavior can't be rewarded, and there was no outrage here. Just complacency, which is all that's needed for evil men to prevail. So it's all been locked down. People have to work. Your outrage to injustices was non-existant. So, to me, Karma is unfolding as it should.
Everything DD has said has been a lie in my eyes. They are a small time operation, not funded, from my observations and speculation. In my eyes, they are fleecing their own members. An Amway pyramid type structure. Only, they can't grow it, it seems. Only Allow and the same few do any work from my observation. And no new openings of anything lately according to Masada's network. Just the same ole celebrations. Recently celebrated an anniversary.
It's very simple to me. Manipulate your stock. Dangle a carrot, and let Allow and the few remaining get rich and let envy sit in. But, they are retarded it seems. They have the car giveaways like the Pink Cadillacs of Amway. But, they don't understand. Just amateur hour. I wish they would pull the trigger on their reverse split. That would be more self-inflicted gunshots. I'm just enjoying their pain and suffering, even though I have 1.3M shares now. It's justice. And there is no way enough justice has been served the way they tried to shut down free speech here in the USA according to my *theory*. They should fire DD, whom I *assume* is connected to the company and get somebody that knows how to kiss our ass and cater to shareholders. He comes in here with no prior history and still no other history than this one board. As if he was here to pump the stock and feed lies. Only, they lie to him and he remains loyal like a lapdog that can't get paid. That's my theory anyway.
They will not get any cheer leading from me. Everything they do, ,and everything they don't do but should, has consequences and I have along memory. In short, they probably pissed off half the members the way they pissed me off. They just can't understand carrots and motivation. But they aren't dark. Stupid, yes. Incompetent and can't even do a reverse split it seems. But they aren't dark. Not yet, anyway. Wish they would just sell the shell to someone competent.

My actions are also backing up Noble Roman at SA, endorsiing his observations of Popeyes in China. Which is why I'm watching videos of Popeyes and have 10,000 shares of Tim Horton's China (THCH), which is also franchising Popeyes. And they opened this first Popeyes, grand opening, just yesterday:

Since then, I sold BTBD at $2.49 for a wash. They failed to inspire and lost their proxy war with NROM. But they were able to deny them a quorum, so their CEO will be up for re-election next year. So they still have a gun to their head. So, that tells what you I think of the "junk" I bought. Plus, my silence here lately shows how disinterested I've become with this chit show. Or, should I say, lack of show. Also consistent actions. But, I have kept YBCN. The spread is huge, so there isnt' much choice. Hoping for someone to take over the shell and hope the Pro Se tries again to take over this abandoned shell. These words all reflect my actions.
And, for the upteenth time, I am not Noble Roman. I am the new custodian of his accounts, but NR is a furgitive from the law! And he was bailed out of a corrupt prison by the Mob.
My actions also reflect my real interest, which I'm going to update on the QSR board right now:
1,900 shares long of QSR and 6,000 shares long TAST, and 10,000 shares long THCH
Total investment as of this time stamp of 8-19-23 on the original allocation of $111,000 is now at a current market valuation of $196,000 ($130,000 QSR + $44,000 TAST + $22,000 THCH)
That's the call options (reservation) on QSR I exercised last year despite YBCN trying to prevent me from realizing my dreams with their lies and incompetence. And have since added more. My actions reflecting where my heart is at. And this piece of #$#@ stock YBCN should not have anybody's respect with the ongoing shareholder abuse. Nor anyone that defends this deplorable behavior.
And I also sold about 50,000 shares of AVNI last week because they can't get their show started either. Both of them are a crock of #$#@. At least AVNI gave a 3 for 1 share dividend after buying some stupid ass boat. This company wants to do a reverse split instead but can't even get that done. Idiots! And my actions and mouth on the same page. Hoping somebody fires this worthless CEO at YBCN.

After updating my profile, by my calculations I have $22,412 invested in this company. Which means my profit of $35,000 has dwindled down to $13,000. Since I'm the new custodian of Noble's accounts.
It's some minor comfort that the Chinese have paid for my shares. Because that was really, really rude of them to run the stock up after that big meeting with EVCC unveiled. At least to my theory. If they would have a little bit of manners and talked to us, I probably could have donated this $13,000 to them. But they pissed me off. Just like everybody else over there. Except for our good loyal team with Allow leading by example. The workers. The ones giving their money to those that abuse us.
That is the kind of stuff that makes me mad. And now I want to go punch somebody at .002 like I wanted to originally. Eventually everybody in this room will throw in the towel and I may get .002 too. Because these are guys are showing no signs of moving forward. They can't even do this reverse split in a timely fashion. What is wrong with them?

I hope they are picking their teeth up off the ground. Nobody was filling my .002 order. I raised it to .005 and that's how they thanked me. With 300 trinkets yesterday. Changed to all or nothing. Then put all or nothing on the ask today, and they gave some jerk 25000 shares intead of me. So I took the gloves off and smacked somebody. Just because I'm MAD. No good reason. My 450,000 share order didn't even fill completely, so I'm cancelling it as I type.

That brings me up to 1.3 million shares of YBCN toilet paper at an avg. price of .01648. Just junk buying all week, so I'm not endorsing this shareholder abuse.
It's consistent with my other junk buying this week. IVFH there with 10000 more shares, bringing me up to 71,000 or so shares there. But that's a salute for the activists taking over and firing the CEO. I know that one is on the way to over $1.
And a salute to BTBD with 1000 shares, just because they are harassing my mgmt (nepotism) at NROM. The family is fighting for their lives at NROM to keep their job. No more Mr. Nice guys. In fact their headline yesterday was this:

So, that's why. I have no good answer. Masochism is contagious perhaps. I'm hoping like those two above, either somebody gets mad and challenges Wang Fei. Removes him by force if necessary. Actually, what I'd really like is the Chinese mob to remove him by force and take over. I'd love some smart criminals. That would be a whole lot better. So, I'm thinking that can't keep pissing their money away forever on signs and harassing shareholders here. Eventually, they'll go broke and die a natural death if somebody else doesn't force them out. Then somebody else can buy this shell, so I'm positioning myself and punching former Chinese investors in the mouth. Because I'm tired of punching brick walls, watching this company bang its own head on bricks all the time.
Only Allow, Zhong, and the usual gang keep me motivated. Making videos for shareholders behind a firewall where they can't even see who appreciates them.
So I figure I'll reverse split up to around 65,000 shares at around .16 cents per share if memory serves right accordign to my calculations. Then I'll look like the turd that AVNI is. A lump of coal that just sits there. But at elat they gave me a 2 for 1 dividend and calld it a forward split. At least they try to serve shareholders. They have me positioned well but have no story. YBCN has a great story, but can't pull their heads out their $#@.
So, that's why. And they better not make me more mad than I already am. I'll probably set a new order at .002 in protest. So, don't think it was anybody in the "know" buying. I know is much as y'all do because I share everything, unlike those Chinese investors I just punched in the mouth today as they came here and bought shares in the 20s and communicated nothing with us. That's the kind of stuff that made Jimmy Hoffa vanish into thin air.

Please tell your leaders to pull their heads out of their #$# and direct money going to taxis to stock promotion. Investors don't like reverse splits either. Update: They have a new wine club under construction. That would make the 4th and Masada has already updated this information in its categories. So, that's like a pace of two step backwards for every one step forward it seems. They is also now talk about taxi cabs coming with YBCN signage. Appears to be electronic signs on the top of "taxis." I guess they still use taxis in China, but I imagine it's far more sophisticated than the dying taxis in the USA.
So, they had electronic billboards on signs, on trains, and now coming to Taxi's. I'm seeing a pattern emerging here. Rather than spend money on stock promotion, they are spending on signs that do nothing for the stock. And people wonder why I'm grumpy all the time...

This too is consistent with their MO. They can't even do a reverse split in a timely fashion. Always behind schedule on everything they attempt. 100% of the time. When you can't even reverse split in a timely fashion, I think it's safe to conclude amateur hour. It is part of their plan to upload all those shareholders in that "shareholder meeting" you saw. In my not so humble opinion.
They are all tools. They want their money, so they give them attention. You are a nuisance in their short shortsightedness, so you get no attention. That will change in the future when they need you to be their cheerleader I think. Their MO will still be consistent, to give you attention and groom you. Llike we see with their sharholders that are struggling to grow the group from my vantage point. Because like with us, they can't give them the carrots they seek it seems.
That is why I wish we were dealing with the Chinese Mafia . If only there was a hint of heroin being smuggled in those boxes, a hint of competency somewhere so we could move forward in a timely fashion. Instead, it's always like the 3 Stooges to me trying to find their way. Always struggling to get things done. Still no signs of a new clinic opening from an alleged loan. The chatter out there is down just like last year at this time. Hopefully not another mass exodus coming where they have to replace disgruntled members. Which I suspect happened with Peng and otheres from the more creative side. I've never observed creativity ever reach the heights of early last year. Most likely because they can't ever do anything in a timely fashion, like this reverse split.
Everything consistent with my MO of them. Im sorry. But it's coming. The reverse split will happen I think eventually. One day. It looks like they may go through the laborious 10K again as the months go by, which made them go dark briefly. It's very costly, very hard to do. Lots of questons asked, so they will endure self-inflicted punishment that way. Which will look like masochism on the surface if it turns out that way. But, could be more like cloaked incompetence. And maybe the Pro Se can nibble on their heels again and try to prove his/her case that the shell was abandoned if they go dark again and that he worthy of custodianship. A Pro Se couldn't do any worse, that's for sure.
Just remember, when they need you, don't ever forget the abuse you suffered. I won't be trusting them. But to each their own.
