If the transfer agent did as instructed, yes. The record date was March 27, and those who held stock at the close of that date would get the distribution.

So if anyone had shares of stock as of the record date (March 27), they may get some determined $$ EVEN IF they sold all share after the record date? just a curiosity question.

If you had shares of stock as of the record date (March 27), then I'd be watching that website for updates or clicking on the link in the upper right corner labeled "Investors" and finding contact information. It may take time to sort out who those shareholders of record were, so be patient.

SO what now? Are current shareholders waiting for cash distribution @ $.11 per share into their brokerage account?

Not sure, but I would think the trade would not settle.

Ah! I missed that, too. Wonder if the buyer can withdraw before the trade is confirmed since the transfer agent was directed not to move the stock?

Well that's a big fat ouch. I hadn't read the distribution.....and evidently neither had the seller today.

The buyer(s) of 1.9 million shares made a windfall.

Actually, that person(s) screwed up...
The company's liquidation distribution is supposed to be 11 cents per share, to they just "sold" $190k for $19k....

Someone managed to sell 1.9 million shares for .0085, a 93% drop, but some money is better than no money. The buyer lost 100%....jeebers.

The volume will only show today because OTCM will permanently remove the ticker at midnight tonight.

Shutting down all operations, and share holders will receive remaing cash after payouts to employees let go I had an average price of around $0.12 and sold it just under $0.18 after hours after it reopened,definitely not waiting around for a cash payout.

I mean to stay listed on the NASDAQ they must maintain a price of $1 for 10 days.. Then they are given I think a 180 days to remedy it or be delisted

I think this has more potential than COSM at the moment. Trades thin on light volume. This can actually hit .30 and beyond fast.

That's 15 days ago. The way it was taken down today says otherwise. Oversold is an understatement. Still has a huge gap in the chart from July that will get filled.

They stopped updating the o/s so what you really think was shorting is dilution. If they were not dilution, they would update the o/s. End of Story. They diluted today as well. That is what drove the price down. Not some magical short. Prove me wrong.

Back up AH to .22. This one is more shortted than COS*. Especially if you look at the chart around July and August.

Nah. I would think dilution since they claim a 56 million o/s that has not been updated since July. That is shady stuff. Best of luck. You don't have that kind of volume and get hammered with a 56 mill float. Sorry!
