Thanks for lowering yourself to my level, but where is the feasibility study? If we had the feasibility study when we were told it was gonna be there in several weeks we wouldn’t have any of these problems

And it’s just my opinion, but the reason we were told that, it’s so nobody would run away so they could do a 10 to one reverse split

Lwlg's isn't a cesspool?

And what about the 13 months since SPAC? Why no institutional investment?

Does anybody really think when Exim closes we will be sitting at this sucking shareprices?

I do not think so.

walterc walterc 38 minutes ago
just a short reply as I believe this cesspool board is not the right forum to have a high level discussion.

Yorkville was a neccessary evil as a result of the failure of the Spac; If the Spac would have been a success we would have had the groundbreaking ceremony behind us. Management incorrectly assumed the Spac would bring in enough money. It did not . is that their mistake ? yes and No...
Fortunately we had Yorkville to continue or it would have been over and out. Now we are still alive and are in talks with EXIM for potential interesting financing terms.
That is why I am writing that Yorkville was a neccesary evil after Management wrongly assumed the Spac would be succesful. It is bridging the gap unfortunately with the result that the shareprice sucks but that will be temporarily.

Good to hear from you stark. Your investment story sounds very similar to mine. I can’t imagine what would have happened if they had not had Yorkville lined up given the low contribution of dollars from the SPAC. Now they just have to get over the finish line to EXIM.

What part of this advancement don’t you understand?

2023 Progress Positions NioCorp for Historic Advancements in 2024

Don’t you feel like we’re advancing?

He had advancements with LWLG and Largo. And he is now advancing without the TSX
What more do you want?

Does he have to board up the windows to prove to you we are advancing?

Close to 3 years ago, Mark spoke of looking for a cornerstone investor to put up 25 million to get the ball rolling. An institutional investor stepping up with that much late last year could have meant a completed feasibility study by now.

Just don't understand why Yorkville was a necessary evil.

monocle monocle 2 hours ago
Hi Walter,

Why is Yorkville a necessary evil though? Two and a half years ago the company announced the $200 million shelf offering. Mark-

the shelf registration, he says, will open the door on the equity side, where he says the group is receiving 'tremendous interest' from institutions already.

Where did all that interest go? Why haven't institutions been trying to get in as the price drops?
👍️ 1
stark12 stark12 2 hours ago
Walter, your statement, "Yorkville was a necessary evil" is not followed by an explanation as to why. Did management have to get in bed with Yorkville? Were they forced to make arrangements with Yorkville on this type of toxic financing?

Management is accountable for the SPAC failure. With the mini banking crisis that unfolded before the deal was voted on, I think someone needed to hit the pause button. I also think many people had already voted their shares prior to the mini crisis which has been used for more of an excuse than is reasonable in my mind.

But Yorkville? SPAC deal was a failure (I hold management responsible). Yorkville was ill-advised (I hold management responsible). FS progress has been delayed due to lack of funds (I hold management responsible). Shareprice is pathetic (I hold management responsible).

Was there no failure mode analysis as part of project planning so they could recognize the possibility of a SPAC failure and how Yorkville financing could compound that failure? I'm not an engineer or a financial planning expert, but the possibility of the SPAC faceplanting and toxic Yorkville financing compounding a bad situation should have been recognized as a possibility. Where was the prospective thinking on all this? We have been mopping up the mess ever since. In some ways, the mess has been getting worse. Management is responsible and accountable, not a mini banking crisis. Management failed big time and we are shouldering the results of those failures.

Yes, management has been successful in accomplishing many great things and I give them credit for those things. I believe they are hard working solid individuals. But there have been some dismal failings and they don't get a pass from me. I personally do not have a lot of financial assets and I don't have the luxury of waiting many, many years for this asset to be profitable. My retirement has already been compromised by financial plans made 6-8 years ago that included some profit from Niocorp. I am losing money on this investment and if you factor in the time value of money, I am losing a lot of money after more than a dozen years of ever-lengthening timelines to completion. Needless to say, I am not happy with management's failures to deliver on expectations they have set and I'm tired of excuses. Can't sugar coat this. Can't change the past and I try to be forward thinking, but I'm not willing to turn my back on past failures. I agree that there is a big disconnect between shareprice and the real value of the project. I cannot bank any of the real value and that's a present day reality.

Lucky. Its not rocket science making money in the stock market but a rude awakening that mines take a very long time to develop. Profitable though if you have the patience to wait a long time or if your a new investor late in the game. That's why I think late comers like GMAN and th will do very well.

Dead on Arrival we need to sticky your post #111479

Investors with backbones will not take this lying down. I would like to know everyones opinon. Has NioCorp, BOD and GXII acted 100% in the shareholders best interest?

"Under US law, corporate directors have a fiduciary duty to make decisions in the “best interests” of the company, which is often interpreted as maximizing shareholder return. Directors are often advised that pursuing mission at the expense of shareholder return risks litigation and perhaps even personal liability."

Oh yes. Had a couple chances to sell and retire but was too inexperienced and did not sell after move to TSX and Fox Interview with MS. All water under the bridge. EXIM is my 3rd and next opportunity if it all goes through to retire once and for all. I'm not as experienced as you in this realm and came very late in life to stocks. Still believe in the project and looking forward to the mine actually being built. I will be able to look back and say. "Why the hell did it take so long to get this built?" But, once it is, it will bring satisfaction knowing that I played a small part in its construction financing the company through my share purchases and all those years weren't entirely wasted. My interest in the project has not been exclusively monetary whether by design or default and at this point maybe more about just seeing the damn mine get built. Having said that, it doesn't mean I won't enjoy making a profit because to date I haven't but hoping that all turns around with E.X.I.M.

Don't waste your time with that youngster AO. I could not care less what that he/she says about me, after watching him/her incessantly pump the meme stocks down on a daily basis all the way down through drops of 80-90%. We know what we own here long term with this development stage project, although it is taking much longer than we have hoped. I have the patience and the assets to wait for the success down the road.

P.S. Yesterday T&T called me out for stating facts, which were re-confirmed with today's headlines confirming that "450 homes were totally destroyed" in the tornadoes that ravaged the Lincoln and Omaha areas on Friday.

Excellent points Walter. Yorkville may be a necessary evil but they have sold us down huge. We need to get rid of them and move forward with better funding options, e.g. Stellantis, EXIM, etc. As for the intrinsic value here, most understand and comprehend the significance of that, but these developing stage projects always take longer to come to fruition than everyone hoped.

AO

There is a big disconnect between the real value of this project and the shareprice as a result of the Spac failure .This discrepancy will disappear once Yorkville disappears.
Yorkville was a necessary evil . You do not want a bankrupt company and Yorkville has no interest in bankrupting the company. Their business goal is to make money , not to construct a mine nor to bankrupt Niocorp. however ,we need investors with a longer time horizon who want this mine built. , Not traders no hedge funds. .
We went through a difficult period where such investors were not easy to find.
But that will change is my firm belief. If we can bridge the timing until Exim with some longtermers we will be Golden .

In the meantime the intrinsic value of the company is only increasing. If I had more cash I would accumulate right now but I have enough shares and I am also not selling. As I said before I will only sell some at 30usd plus to cover my costs as I do or did with some of my other start ups. ( 15 in total)
Most of the money I made was by not quitting when I believed in it.
One of our IHUB friends is making calculations from the slides which were shown a few days ago. I am curious how they look like. It will prove the big disconnect with the shareprice. .
I have ALL the toxic posters on ignore in the mean time. .. Life is beautiful. Thank you for your daily support.

The manipulation astounds me. Ho-hum.

Curious if anyone saw this shareholder update for IBC from yesterday. Looks like they still have major contracts with big name companies. The explanation for closing the other plant is that there was not a lot of demand for what they were producing.

Would be nice if we got a similar update for NioCorp.

Their CEO and board of directors grade is $300 million times better than ours. It’s good to see a CEO and BOD decline a bad deal instead of embrace it like Niocorp did. Our share price is a reflection of Niocorp management and the BODs incompetence.

We could have saved over $300 million in market cap loss by switching CEOs.

“However, the board is mindful of the significant potential of Halleck Creek, and the need to maximise returns to shareholders, while minimising dilution and has declined to advance at this time.”
