It now shows $4 - boy this did not age well!!!!!

93 trades today, 1 share each, at about $21. Not enough to change the published price (need 100 shares), so it still shows $6250.

Renee, if one bought 1 share yesterday, one will get 1 share at closing pps yesterday times 50. Not a bad investment strategy ,imo. I don't get that, there were 5,140,319 shares of common stock outstanding prior to a 1,428-for-1 forward stock split, how does that come out to 1,000,055,532 shares....??

Whatever the case that's just WAY too many shares o/s for me, even for an Asian ticker. I might go 250M tops on an Asian stock but that would be it, US I generally like to stay under 100M, maybe 150M if the DD looked really interesting.

This is actually a pretty big company, think I recall that just one of their subsidiaries has over 1000 employees, but prob going to end up passing on this one.

I still think it has something to due with them raising their number of outstanding shares higher than their authorized shares, I don't recall ever seeing this before.

It's just a formality but raising the a/s would need to be approved by the shareholders first, then an amendment filed to change the company’s Articles of Incorporation to reflect the newly authorized shares.

It's just not legal for this to trade the way it currently stands IMO....or if it was trading it could certainly cause problem with the SEC for them, if some shareholder wants to push the issue.

FINRA removed the 'Subject to Corporate Action Flag' today, so perhaps this will begin trading shortly.

I could be wrong but I don't think they can legally start trading until they amend their Articles of Incorporation to reflect the proper number of Authorized shares.

They either meant to do 15 Billion or they changed their minds on the f/s and decided to issue themselves more shares, not sure but something isn't right.

I guess we can expect to see similar trading here to what VXEL has done, which isn't impressive at all. I suppose VXEL could have been flipped a few times from .01's to .04's if you timed it right though.

It seems like most new traders get a pop early on and then start declining, VXEL didn't even get that from what I can tell from the historical volume. Probably going to wait and see how this trades for awhile before deciding to take a position or not.

Probably gonna be yet another one of those Asian tickers with 7 Billion shares o/s but trades like it has 7 Million o/s........lol.

Here is what I don't understand, if my math is correct post forward split their o/s should be over 7 Billion, so why did they only raise their a/s to 1.5 Billion back in October....lol...?? Someone screwed up somewhere, perhaps the a/s was supposed to be 15 Billion..?

Will be interesting to see where the MMs line up tomorrow. I tried to estimate it and my head exploded LOL
