Vale (BOV:VALE5) Suspends Argentinian potash project
Vale (BOV:VALE5) has announced the suspension of the Rio Colorado potash project in neighboring Argentina while it analyzes changes in the economic fundamentals of the project. Vale has an investment of $ 5.2 billion in this project.
Vale (BOV:VALE5) said towards the end of last year that Rio Colorado was just over 40% complete but that it would slow down the project during a company wide austerity review.
