Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG): The stock is trading at $823.48, 0.50 percent lower than its previous close. It has traded in the range of $823.02 and $830.69 in the current trading session. Google reported that it has reached settlement with 38 US states with regard to its Street View cars issue.

The company would pay $7 million as settlement charge. Google also issued a statement saying, “We work hard to get privacy right at Google. But in this case we didn’t, which is why we quickly tightened up our systems to address the issue.” The company stock has traded 459k shares so far, in comparison to its daily average trading volume of 2.416 million shares. The stock has traded in the range of $556.52 and $844 in the past 52 weeks. The company stock trades at Price Earnings ratio of 25.58 and its beta is at 1.18.

Synergetics USA Inc. (NASDAQ:SURG): The company reported its second quarter loss at $1.4 million. Synergetics’ net income declined 174 percent on year over year basis. It had earned $1.9 million in net income for the corresponding quarter of the last year. Its revenue for the quarter also declined 6.8 percent and stood at $14.1 million. The company CEO said, “We were disappointed with our second quarter performance on both the top and bottom line.” The stock is currently trading at $3.86, down 23.86 percent. It is trading in the range of $3.85 and $4.50 in the current trading session. The stock is below its 20 days moving average price of $3.93 and 50 days moving average price of $4.56. In the past 52 weeks, the stock’s price range has been $3.30 and $6.85. The stock’s beta is 1.20 and its Price Earnings ratio is 15.88. Synergetics commands market capitalization of $97.42 million.

Erickson Air Crane Incorporated (NASDAQ:EAC): The stock is trading at $13.87, 0.68 percent higher than its previous close. Erickson Air Crane reported its fourth quarter loss at $949k on account of higher costs. The company incurred net loss of 10 cents per share, down from $6.2 million in net income earned in the corresponding quarter of the last year. Its revenue improved 27 percent and stood at $39.1 million. The company has traded in the range of $13.83 and $13.94 in the current trading session. Express Inc. (NYSE:EXPR): The stock tumbled after providing disappointing forecast. However, its fourth quarter numbers beat consensus estimates. The company earned $63.9 million in net income for the fourth quarter and on per share basis, its net income stood at 75 cents per share. Analysts were expecting the company to report its earnings at 74 cents apiece. Its revenue for the quarter increased 8 percent to $728.7 million. Express expects to earn between 34 and 38 cents per share in the first quarter. The company stock is currently trading at $16.99, down 9.89 percent from its previous close of $18.85. The stock had opened at $16.48 and has traded in the range of $16.34 and $17.25 in the current trading session. It has traded 2.587 million shares as of now. The company’s beta stands at 1.36 and it commands market capitalization of $1.45 billion. Its Price Earnings ratio is 10.92.

MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. (NYSE:WFR): The stock is currently trading at $4.78, down 12.06 percent. It declined after lackluster guidance provided by the company. MEMC Electronic Materials also reported that it proposes to change its name to SunEdison Inc. The company expects the average price per watt to drop to $3.10 and $3.40 per watt range. MEMC Electronic Materials has posted two continuous annual losses. It is trading below its 20 days moving average price of $4.78. The stock oscillated in the range of $4.75 and $5.24 in the current trading session. MEMC Electronic Materials reported its latest EPS at -$0.70. The company commands the market capitalization of $1.10 billion and its stock is trading at the beta of 1.72.
