Evolution Petroleum is currently trading at $7.79, up 0.13 percent from its previous close of $7.78. The stock is trading at the Price Earnings ratio of 55.64 and it reported its latest EPS at $0.14. Evolution Petroleum stock has also been rated Buy by Brean Capital. The price target for Evolution Petroleum has been set at $11. It has traded in the range of $7.48 and $10.14 in the past 52 weeks. However, the stock is trading above its 20 days moving average price of $7.77 and 50 days moving average price of $7.78. Evolution Petroleum acquires and develops crude oil and natural gas. The company is based out of Texas and has stakes in various properties such as Giddings Field project and Delhi Field EOR project in Louisiana.

United Insurance Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:UIHC): The stock is currently trading at $5.55. It is slightly higher than the purchase price of $5.21 paid by two its directors, Alec Poitevint and William H. Hood for purchasing 219,658 and 193, 491 shares respectively. NuStar GP Holdings (NYSE:NSH): William Greehey, 10 percent owner and director of the company, bought 28,600 shares for $27.03 each. The entire transaction amounted to $773K. Its stock has traded in the range of $24.06 and $36.75 in the past 52 weeks and is currently below its 20 days moving average price of $28.68 but above 50 days moving average price of $28.60.

Bruker Corporation (NASDAQ:BRKR): The company has seen consistent insider buying and as a result a major chunk of its share capital is now owned by the insiders. Frank Laukien, CEO, President and 10 percent owner of the company, bought 50,000 shares for $698, 615. The shares were bought at an average price of $13.97 each. The stock is currently trading at $14.89, down 1.36 percent from its previous close of $15.09. It has traded in the range of $9.91 and $17.10 in the past 52 weeks. The stock commands Price Earnings ratio of 24.16. Bruker Corporation announced its winning a $7 million worth of contract for SP9900+ 3D Optical Microscope. The company manufactures and markets material research systems and proprietary life science devices. Bruker Corporation is based out of Massachusetts. Its stock is trading below its 20 days moving average price of $14.96 and 50 days moving average price of $15.01.

Interactive Intelligence Group Inc. (NASDAQ:ININ): The company director Mark Hill made two purchases on December 7 and December 10. The first purchase consisted of 15,681 shares at the price of $30.81 each, while the second lot was of $15,699 shares at the same price of $30.81 apiece. Both the transactions amounted $483K and $482K respectively. Interactive Intelligence Group is currently trading at $30.39, down 0.07 percent from its previous close of $30.41. It has traded in the range of $22.42 and $34.92 in the past 52 weeks. However, the stock is now above its 20 days moving average price of $30.34 and 50 days moving average price of $30.36.
