Today i look at Sefton Resources (LSE:SER) and the shocking horror that £700,000 seems to have gone.
As the largest shareholder i read with interest Fridays RNS and a few sums clearly shows a missing £700,000 in 90 days so where has it gone? As a shareholder this NEEDS ACTION but assume new management appointed on Friday is clearly looking into the matter which shareholders believe is fraud.
However the missing loot clearly shows to one and all why shareholders supported the requisition and why i had to personally lodge it. Otherwise by now you would have have complete loss and the worst corporate management in the history of the city in charge. No doubt a collection of the money will be happening soon.
However looking forwards i wish to thank the majority shareholders in supporting the requisition and look forwards to a better future.
Fraud gang give the money back !
