Centamin Market Update

Court ruling suspended.

The High Administrative Court of Egypt announced today – a ‘ruling suspending enforcement of the judgement issued by the Administrative Court on 30 October 2012’ until a final decision has been made.

Ultimately, this allows normal operations at the Sukari gold mine to continue alongside the appeal process.

No date has been set for the initial hearing.

Centamin are due to release their year ended 31 December 2012 results on 27 March 2013.
