The Internet says Satoshi Nakamoto is a mystery. It is a pseudonym used for one person or a group of people who pended the idea of Bitcoin in 2008 and later in 2009 brought it into reality.

2008 – 2010

To assume, Nakamoto in person till then was able to make 1 million bitcoins, i.e., worth $5 Billion at present.

Theory of Satoshi Nakamoto Disappearance

People started building up their theories which majorly had two idea bases:

  1. Satoshi Nakamoto wanted bitcoin to grow independently and did not want to bind it to himself.
  2. Satoshi Nakamoto could see the future of Bitcoin and grabbed some for himself and left.

 

However, both theories are controversial and do not have any real traces.

Since the media takes everything as a challenge, finding the real inventor of bitcoin made them go the wrong way. There are many instances in relation to this. In 2014, Newsweek identified a man who was a Japanese American named Dorian Satoshi Nakamoto and started building the story. After several covers, they found he was not the right person.

The mystery of Satoshi Nakamoto went so serious that some fame-seekers started jumping into the limelight, stating themselves to be Satoshi Nakamoto in disguise.

Dam Kaminsky, an Australian computer security researcher, went on-screen with BBC stating himself to be Satoshi Nakamoto, the founder of Bitcoin.

Nick Szabo, an American computer scientist, is also considered the inventor of bitcoin. Ben Yu, a cryptocurrency investor, believes Nick is the one but still has 1% doubt since many Nakamoto have popped up in no time. Not only this, many other individuals did the same.

Who Is The Real Satoshi Nakamoto?

This question must be coming to your mind who the real Satoshi Nakamoto is. Most interestingly, Satoshi Nakamoto still does not have any identification, and no one has yet seen or met the real Satoshi Nakamoto yet. There can be chances that the creators of bitcoin want to remain anonymous and do not want to be recognized, so choose the name “Satoshi Nakamoto” to give bitcoin its father or inventor.

There can be many reasons to keep the inventor away from the limelight, privacy being the primary one.

Since the value is bitcoins have to rise exponentially in the last 12 year,s, there is a mere chance it will rise more in the coming future. This gives the experts a reason to predict that there are very few chances we would never know who Satoshi Nakamoto is.
