service group, announced today that it ranked 48th in the 2024
Automotive News List of Top 150 Dealer Groups with a total of
20,349 new retail units sold in 2023, the second consecutive year
the company ranked in the Top 50. Notably, Car Pros is the only
dealership in the top 50 with a single digit number of dealerships
and, according to Car Pros calculations, Car Pros Automotive Group,
which has 9 rooftops, is number 4[1] in the nation in
sales per rooftop.
These achievements, among others,

The top 150 dealership groups collectively retailed 3,764,272
new vehicles in 2023, representing a 24.1 percent share of the
industry's total retail sales of 15,614,328. In 2022, the groups on
the list sold 23.3 percent of the industry's retail sales, or
3,231,490 of the industry's 13,865,803 vehicles sold. The top 150
dealership groups continue to own a larger percentage of the
industry's overall dealership count as the consolidation trend
continues.
