Paula is a past President and Vice president of Australian Dispute
Resolution Association and has been on the Board for over ten years
holding various executive positions.
Established in 1985 at the forefront of dispute resolution in
Australia, the ADRA works to bring
together dispute resolution practitioners in order to offer
essential dispute management, mediation, and resolution
services.
With over two decades of professional experience, Paula
specializes in dispute resolution, mediation, conflict management,
human resources, project management, change management, team
building, leadership, mentoring and management coaching. In
addition to working at the association, Paula has also been an
ambassador for Macquarie University and has mentored final year
students.
The recipient of NSW Premier's Department Award for Fairness,
Diversity and Social Justice in 2002, Paula enjoys theater, fine
art, music, and painting in her spare time.
Throughout the course of her educational career, Paula obtained
her Master's degree in Dispute Resolution from the University of
Technology, Sydney as well as a
Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Macquarie University where she
graduated with honors.
