Yes. Dilution is the enemy. We do see first hand what dilution does to the SP of a company. Especially when coupled with no closing of opportunities. Of dilution never occurred, this company would be in a lot better shape imo. Same with closing on deals and executing on plans.

This is one of the problems here. One point in time has zero to do with another point in time. Things are not the same now than they were when they sold 20 mil shares at $18. The stock was at $18 for a reason and currently at .70 for different reasons. Your thought process is flawed to say the least

Apparently the 'scanning process' hasn't restricted the recovery of 400 or 500 'Artifacts'. Seems this is a evasive issue. I've asked several times, what are these 'Artifacts'? Why no explanation or photos. For me it's really not important as I already believe I know why.
