The Company was informed on 5 November 2010 that, on the same day, Tony 
Edwards, a director of the Company, purchased 800,000 ordinary shares on behalf 
of his SIPP at a price of 24.5p. 
 
Following this transaction, Tony Edwards's beneficial interest in the Company 
is 1,210,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.1 per cent. of the 
issued share capital of the Company (excluding shares held in treasury), and M 
Edwards no longer has a notifiable interest.
