                             Director Shareholding 
 
The Company was informed on 25 June 2010 that, on the same day, Joe McKenna, a 
director of the Company, transferred 50,000 ordinary shares held by him to his 
SIPP at a price of 22p. 
 
Following this transaction, Mr McKenna's beneficial interest in the Company 
remains unchanged at 3,750,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 9.6 
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. 
 
The issued share capital of the Company comprises 39,150,702 ordinary shares of 
1 penny each.
