The Directors of Avarae Global Coins plc (AIM: AVR.L), the UK's only publicly traded company dedicated to investing in rare and high quality coins, were today notified by Mr Ian Goldbart that, following the purchases of an aggregate of 9,100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 May 2015 by Mr Goldbart and persons connected to Mr Goldbart, Mr Goldbart and his connected parties are now interested in 10,130,001 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.54% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
