And, “in theory”, the stock price has surpassed dollars, and there has been a buyout from a Dow 30 company.

Too bad “in theory” is not “in reality”.

In reality, when a company hasn’t generated $500,000 in 15 years, has a proven liar for a CEO, is millions in debt, and borrows money every 6 weeks from a single individual just to keep the pump machine running, it’s a POS waiting to go under.

Too bad the 3 year cycle of dropping 99% since 2-12-21, will continue into 2025, with over 700,000,000 shares still waiting to be dumped by Bob and Fallon, no viable products bringing in revenue, and the debt growing at $100,000 per month.

Bag holders are trapped for the longer term now, and can only grin and bear it.

The new “theory” appears to be that regardless of whether the BSR goes up or down, it indicates Dongle sales only go up.

I guess that’s the same “theory” about when pps goes up or down, one still makes money……..

I think it’s frickin’ hysterical that the BSR is being posted hourly, and that TriCascade Inc WILL present in the booth WITH Quectel.

As far as the share dumping goes, it may have started yesterday, when 22M shares were traded. I don’t know if October 16, 2024, was officially a year from October 17, 2023, or if it is the 17th to the 17th.

The sad reality for Bob and Fallon is that they must be pissed to have shares worth so little, and they will have trouble dumping because nobody wants them, not even our resident sucker of all the .0002’s, who sold a bunch yesterday at .0003, taking a 40% loss to buy another POS ticker which is down 13% since then.

No way it will be easy to dump 775M shares, and they can’t be obvious about throwing up millions at a time on the ask, so for now I think the McGeeny’s are screwed, and will only be able to dump a few at a time.

28 days until Q3 is due, so I fully expect pumping just before then, either from Maxine himself, or from you know who.

Yup. A product, “Will be on display”, was touted to unsuspecting suckers as, The company, “Will be presenting in the booth with Quectel”, and had the photoshopped company logo on the booth map for further deepening of the lies.

Notice how she stays silent on this now.
The good news is that nobody is buying that bullshit anymore, not even the usual shit buyers.
Crying wolf doesn’t work for Maxine or for others pumping this dog.

And we don’t even know if, “On display”, means an actual unit or a mention with a photo on a flyer.
Whenever Maxine says something, it’s always word play for him. He implies things and lets the suckers run with it how they choose.

I’m fairly certain no Quectel representative was hocking a product that might never be produced, from a POS company that might not be around much longer, at that trade show.

If Maxine had said, TriCascade Inc will be in the booth with Quectel, that would be tangible.

If he had said, the product would be set up and available to be demonstrated live, that’s tangible.

On display, is vague and uncertain, just like revenue reported and the future of the company.
