Folks, it’s the same old scam on repeat. The LOI with the Aussies is the same gang that put together the Genesis scam with convicted criminals only this time it’s bigger. Frank Tearle and Justin Epstein are the shadows in Bateau who fronted a fund with a Chinese, Michael Gu, who is on the run for a $300.0M fraud and an immigration racket. Not only is the lawman chasing this time, but so are the newspapermen. You heard it here first, get out while you can.

That is why they call it LOI, many things can go thru wrong in the process/negotiations. I would have never put my attention to SMCE if it the AI would not be included

So far this last LOI seems a lot like the last time they tried to acquire an Australian based company genesis financial. In that case same as this one genesis had just came off a failed acquisition from FDCT. SMCE was reporting record revenues on quarterly report then all the sudden they terminated the deal. Just like that it was over. They had issued release saying the acquisition was completed months earlier and then bang terminated. I do agree with you that chain trade and Fynity are the catalysts way more so than this one. I’ve owned this stock bought and sold some since 2021 so ima here for the long haul. Hopefully they pull it off eventually.

You got a good point but Knowing a bit Blum, I think he is waiting for FINRA or a good catalyst in order to make us digest this LOI to be a failure. We are past due, he should have a least share updates about such. He’s definitely waiting for best timeline to drop this out. PPS worst time ever after AI acquisition, he knows giving bad news now, there might not coming back from this for months. If you noticed, Bateau Asset Management was going to be acquired by the company above shown: Gologiq Stock code “GOLQ”.

Gologiq was going to acquire MBA for $24 Million dollars back in 2022, which is is 10 Millions dollars more than what Blum is getting it for. If Blum pull it off, in technicality, we’re getting this on half of the price. It is interesting to see such information. Now GOLQ is seen by others as a scam, probably the reason the acquisition never happened and Blum took advantage of the situation and broke a better deal. GOLQ is $0.0004 CE. Searching further details. If anyone else knew about this and more, more than welcome to share Intel

Just looked a the NV Secretary of State database to see if Fyntechnical Innovations, Inc, was still an active name reservation. It's showing that it expired on August 26th (apparently the name can only be reserved for 3 months before another request can be submitted). Maybe this isn't important as it pertains to the name change, etc, but figured it was worth bringing up since this was mentioned in one of the past PRs as being done. Hopefully it's not that big of a deal.

Their subsidiaries, under such umbrella, are separate LLCs and have their own tax/fillings separately at the end of the road. Please google fintech and holding companies structure and how they work.
