I can't see how they can avoid infringement on incorporating a new polymer into foundry manufacturing based on LWLG's manufacturing patents for polymers

If they can get rid of the last toxic debt, without diluting shares further anything is possible. I would think since they are going to try and buyback their shares in the hopefully near future, that they have a plan for the remaining debt, which they have been paying off quickly.
