Group Limited ("DGL") today announced it has retired in
full its outstanding 91/8% / 97/8%
Senior Toggle Notes due 2015 and its outstanding 87/8%
Senior Notes due 2015.
The proceeds from Digicel's successful September 5th, 2012, issue of
US$1.5 billion 8.25% Senior Notes due
2020 were used to redeem the 2015 Notes.
