SciSys Board Changes

SciSys PLC (AIM:SSY), the specialist supplier of bespoke software systems, IT based solutions and support services is pleased to announce that the changes to its Board of Directors, which were announced on 27 October 2011, have now become effective.

As of 1(st) January 2012 David Jones became Group Chief Executive and Klaus Martin Heidrich joined the Board as Chief Operations Officer.

Mike Love has stepped back from his role as Executive Chairman to take up the position of Non Executive Chairman. Mike remains a director of and significant shareholder in the Company.

There is no further information disclosable under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
