Material Management Information of Subsidiary

On August 26, 2015, the board of directors of SK Planet Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) resolved to dispose of the common shares it held of SK Communications Co., Ltd. and acquire shares of iHQ, Inc as previously disclosed on the reports furnished on Form 6-K to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 28, 2015.

The relevant share purchase agreements have been terminated on September 24, 2015 due to the failure of iHQ, Inc.’s largest shareholder in obtaining the consent of its lender under its outstanding loan agreement in connection with the above transaction.
