Transocean Ltd. (RIG) filed a Form 8K - Changes to Articles of
Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year - with the U.S
Securities and Exchange Commission on February 21, 2017.
Effective February 16, 2017, Transocean Ltd. ("Transocean")
amended its articles of association (as amended, the "Articles of
Association") to reflect the previous issuance of Transocean shares
out of conditional capital in connection with the acquisition of
Transocean Partners LLC.
