Steve Bunnell Named Chief Content and Programming Officer at Regal Entertainment Group

Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), a leading motion picture
exhibitor owning and operating one of the largest theatre circuits
in the United States, today announces that Steve Bunnell will join
the Company as Senior Vice President, Chief Content and Programming
Officer. Steve brings a wealth of knowledge to Regal Entertainment
Group, most recently having served as Executive Vice President and
General Sales Manager of Universal Theatrical Distribution. Prior
to that Steve served as the Executive Vice President of Global
Content Programming for Cinemark Theatres. During his career, he
has also held positions at The Weinstein Company and Loews
Theatres.

Steve will be based in the Woodland Hills office as well as

will join the Company on June 14, 2016.
