Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) announced a strategic partnership
between Northrop Grumman Australia and the organization, 100
Mums as part of the company's ongoing commitment to diversity,
gender balance and inclusion in the workplace.
Sandra Evers-Manly, vice
president, global corporate responsibility, Northrop Grumman and
president, Northrop Grumman Foundation, and Ian Irving, chief executive, Northrop Grumman
Australia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding with 100
Mums to assist in increasing the gender balance and providing
recruitment support, training and networking opportunities, with a
particular focus on Australian women returning to the
workplace.

project work, ongoing part-time and full-time flexible roles.
