Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. (MUFG) congratulates its
client, Sigma Alimentos, for being awarded “Syndicated Loan of the
Year” from Latin Finance magazine.
Syndicated Loan of the Year
The Syndicated Loan of the Year award recognizes Sigma
Alimentos’ $1 billion senior unsecured delayed-draw term loan
facility used to acquire the Campofrio Food Group in Spain. MUFG
acted as sole bookrunner and administrative agent.
